Order Cancellation/Change

Please ensure that your order is correct before placing it. Cancellation or order changes cannot be requested once the order has been confirmed.

FINAL SALE items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The items are returned to our warehouse in China.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer without approval.

To return your product, you must send your product to the address that will be given to you.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing marine insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.

If a shipping attempt has been unsuccessful. Re-shipment costs will be deducted from the refunded amount depending on the situation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will be notified of your return.
