The order delivery process is divided into two parts:
processing time + delivery time
Processing time 0-5 working days Order Checking, Sewing, Quality Control and Packaging
Delivery Time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
- Standard Delivery 5-10 working days by standard mail
After processing and leaving the warehouse, the items usually arrive at their destination within 5 to 10 working days for standard deliveries. However, some deliveries may take longer due to the customs policies and restrictions of certain countries or, in extraordinary cases, a natural disaster.
The free delivery is made by standard mail either 5 to 10 working days.
Overall, after placing an order, the customer can expect to receive his order within the following time frames:
- 5 to 15 working days by standard mail
Working days do not include weekends or holidays.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties.
